Use:
1. Download HijackThis and open it up.
2. Click the 'Scan' button.
3. Now click the 'Save Log' button.
4. Save it as hijackthis.log
5. Open up that file (use any text editor such as notepad) and copy and paste it in a new thread on this forum.

Removing Bad Items:
If there are bad items check them, then click 'Fix Checked'. Make sure you put HijackThis.exe in a folder as it can make backups of the removed files in case you do it wrong.

HijackThis should only be used as a last resort. Make sure you have run a full scan on Ad-Aware and Spybot first and only use HijackThis if your problem still persists.
